We will cover aspects, the first, the importance in keeping as healthy as possible so healthy eating habits. The second will be excellent foods to help boost our immune systems. The third will be what you can expect coming this year as now have more time to blog so exciting new ideas and posts coming, so please stay tuned.

FIRST – Healthy Eating Habits

  1. Increase your daily water intake.
  2. Eat more vegetables that are locally grown.
  3. Eat fruit that is in season in the area where you live.
  4. Instead of fruit juices, swap out for your favorite teas.
  5. Try to make your own dips, sauces or salad dressings.
  6. Bake or Roast your foods instead of frying or grilling.
  7. Try to do less salt and add more herbs or spices to your dishes.
  8. Limit daily intake of sugar or use alternative ones of your liking.
  9. Replace unhealthy snacks with your all time favorite nuts or seeds.
  10. Enjoy preparing your meals and take time to sit down and eat your meals.
  11. When following recipes, replace ingredients with healthier options if available.
  12. If you can purchase fresh fish in your area, than try to eat once a week if affordable.
