Hello My Sweets & Welcome, 

Hair Growth Drink – Water



My Goal Per Day:

A 16oz Bottle twice per day

Optional to Add:

A Peppermint Drop, 1 TSP of Honey, or 1 TBSP of Lemon Juice

Water is the best for our hair due to its many nutrients and minerals plus replenishes our energy.

Water is a natural miracle ingredient that supports vitamin consumption and assists in efficient and healthy hair growth. Water makes almost ¼ of the weight of a hair strand, thus, drink two liters of water every day to get gleaming and healthy tresses.

Our scalp and roots have photosensitive and energy-saving nerve endings which receive and transmit signals. Water energizes nerve endings to enhance the natural vitality of the skin and hair roots. Drinking water also helps to eliminate hair problems like dandruff and Dermatitis Seborrhea.

Will see how my tresses do and thrive. The amount of water recommended to drink per day is 8 glasses of water but that is too much for me personally, tried and felt sick so not doing that again. Normally, only drink 1 glass (I know, I know) but will do 2 per day apart from natural drinks and coconut water, which I have.
