  • 1 TSP of Olive Oil (or oil of choice)

Directions:

  1. Put ingredients into the mixer until it has a light whipped consistency.
  2. Place on hair.
  3. Cover with a plastic cap.
  4. Let it sit for 1-3 hours.
  5. Condition as normal.

!!!5 STAR RATING!!! NOT FOR THE PROTEIN SENSITIVE 😀 I left her on for 3 hours and my kinks were happy, noticed this recipe made her really bouncy and thoroughly clean. Only use from 4 to 6 months, it is a lot of protein so only need once in a while. For that protein sensitive, just do not use the egg and try for 15 minutes to see how it works for your tresses. Enjoy!

  1. Still haven’t been able to tell whether I’m protein sensitive or not. Assuming not, but would like to know how to recognize protein overload. I’ve read about it but still unsure.

    1. Hi Dear, got you. From what I understand, after using a protein treatment, if it leaves your hair matted, super dry and a tangled mess, you are protein sensitive, if not, then you should be OK but please do your research first. Do a trial on about 1 inch of your hair and see how the results come out and to let me know.

      1. Sweet, you should be OK then. Just a tip, only to protein treatments once every 3 or 6 months depending on how strong they are and how much your hair needs it 🙂 thanks for commenting dear 🙂

    1. Hehehe, if you are protein sensitive, you might just want to do the egg white. For those not protein sensitive, just try a bit on about 1 inch of your hair to see how it works.
      Let me know 🙂
      Smiles!!!
